ORDERING

What payment methods does VISAKAI accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Visa & Amex Gift Cards can be used, though we often have trouble refunding them. In that instance, we can work with you on a VISAKAI Gift Certificate refund. We also take Amazon Payments and PayPal Express Checkout, just keep in mind PayPal enforces a 60 day refund window.

How much does shipping cost?

We love our clients and shipping is always free.

When will my order ship out?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order. If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at hello@visakai.com

Where does your clothing ship from?

Our orders will ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles.

How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

For all US orders, we ship via USPS free of charge and will take 4–7 business days to arrive. For faster delivery, you can select Fedex 2-Day shipping for $25 at checkout. This expedited shipping will arrive in 2 business days once it's packed and ready to go.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship within the US as well as to Canada.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order's subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what's in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date.  Exclusions include Gift Certificates. Code still not working? Email our team at hello@visakai.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Our online return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused merchandise in saleable condition with handtags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items on clearance (marked 50% lower than original price) are not subject to return. 

  1. Send us an email with your order number and feedback to hello@visakai.com - we love to learn and improve!
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return USPS label to use.
  3. Put the garment (s) you would like to return back in the shipping box.
  4. Attach the prepaid return USPS label  to the outside of the shipping box.
  5. Drop the package off at the nearest USPS location  (United States Postal Service, NOT UPS)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on the garment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchange Online

We don’t offer direct exchanges online, but we do offer free returns for store credit so you can place a new order for an item in your preferred size or color. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your store credit is available to place a new order.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact hello@visakai.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

CARE

How do I wash and take care of my VISAKAI pieces?

Each item is a little different, please follow the care instructions on the label of the garment.

To keep our leggings fresh and to extend their life, wash in cold water with like colored items and hang dry. The fabric is quick dry and will be ready in no time.
